In keeping with this philosophy of pure and natural, clients will be tasting 3 wines that are produced from wineries who truly believe in and respect the environment along with sustainable farming and wine-making processes. To start we will be tasting a Gruner Vetliner from Austria, then a mid-weight blended red from Southbrook Winery in Niagara and finally a Cabernet Sauvignon from J. Lohr Wineries in Paso Robles, California. Each winery is unique in its commitment to organic and sustainability!
